Hours per week: 28 hours, Part-Time
Campus: Melbourne

Job Summary:
This position supports the needs of the Purchasing/Print Shop. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Search for discounted or contract pricing, and place orders (Proverbs 16:3)
• Data entry/scanning of orders in Blackbaud (1 Corinthians 14:40)
• Keep print logs, room and resource spreadsheets current 
• Process and file paperwork 
• Pick up ordered merchandise when requested (Sam’s, BJ’s, Cosco, Walmart, etc.) 
• Navigate Amazon online purchase system adding employees, approval paths, and finally approving or denying orders
• Receive packages, maintain receiving log, and manage distribution of goods once received
• Hand out office supplies and record department and account number, assuring inventory is sufficient (1 Peter 4:10)
• Cover receiving door for lunchtime relief 
• Maintain recycling program monthly, taking recycling to Office Depot 
• Take over purchasing duties as directed 
• Weigh, measure and prepare packages for shipping
• Prepare shipping paperwork for accounting showing all transactions (Galatians 6:9)
• Print and scan/photocopy items requested by ministries, notifying all parties when job is complete 
• Maintain Print Shop inventory 
• Oversee Judah and Cargo van keys 
• Utilize E-Space software for room and resource scheduling, distributing weekly room schedule 
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor (Colossians 3:23)

Job Skills and Competencies:
• Able to edit graphics for minor errors in material sent to Print Shop 
• Good knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
